​My own journey is what led me to create AMS Fitness. A few years ago, despite having a successful career, I found myself in poor health. I was carrying extra weight, struggling with low energy, and recovering from multiple sports injuries. My daily habits were taking a toll on both my physical and mental wellbeing, and I knew something had to change.

​In 2019, I committed to turning my life around. Through consistent training, better nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes, I rebuilt my strength, improved my health, and regained my confidence. That experience inspired me to help others achieve the same.​Today, through AMS Fitness, I provide tailored coaching that goes beyond just workouts. I focus on strength, energy, and long-term results, creating programmes that fit around each client’s goals and lifestyle. My mission is to give people the tools, support, and motivation they need to transform their health and maintain it for life.​
